Training packages are developed to maximize flexibility for all students regardless of personal circumstances. We recognize that there are many different learning styles, and that there is more than one way to effectively deliver training and assessment.
As a progressive training organization, we are committed to flexibility in the implementation of the Community Services Training Packages in which we offer. This is evident in the range of training delivery modes, and the choice in assessment tools we offer.
Our program delivery includes:
- mentoring, demonstration and individual training sessions - group training sessions, in servicing and workshops - quality training material & assessment tools developed by our professionals - online training and community networking
Whether you prefer to read training materials, view videos, observe others, engage with online materials, or join in discussions, you will find a mode of delivery and assessment to fit your individual learning style and needs. Our flexible training programs are tailored especially to maximize your learning.
The tools of assessment we use are also many and varied. We maintain that providing assessment is fair, valid and reliable, we can assess flexibly, in any number of ways. Recognition of Prior Learning is also offered to all of our training participants.
